Mentorship
We Build Teams, Not Just Robots
We've mentored 16 robotics teams, launched 4 new FIRST programs, and built free tools used by teams across the country because our mission extends well beyond our own robot.
What We Do
How We Help Other Teams
One-on-One Team Mentoring
We pair directly with new and developing FTC/FLL teams to guide them through robot design, programming, and competition strategy. We've mentored 16 teams total from their first build season to their first award.
FTC TeamForge
We built FTC TeamForge, a free, open-source app to help teams organize their season and manage notebooks. Created by and for the FIRST community, it's available free to every team.
Community Demos & School Visits
We bring our robots to schools, libraries, and community events across the Eastside. We've introduced robotics to 2,500+ kids at 23+ events from hands-on demos to full STEM workshops.
New Team Launches
We've helped launch 4 new FIRST teams from scratch providing equipment guidance, coaching on engineering notebooks, and walking coaches through their first qualifier experience.
Our Open-Source Tool
FTC TeamForge
FTC TeamForge is a free, open-source app built by high school students to help teams organize their season, manage notebooks, and coordinate build sessions.
It's free, open-source, and available to every team in the FIRST community.
Why FTC TeamForge
Teams spend time managing multiple apps and spreadsheets instead of focusing on engineering. FTC TeamForge consolidates everything into one free, open-source platform built by students for students.
